The questions you should ask
Where is our data?
In Microsoft Azure in Australia, in an environment DJC runs and holds ISO 27001 certification for. Each client is isolated. Nothing is processed offshore.
Who owns what?
Your data, your content and your configuration are yours. The platform, the code and the infrastructure are DJC's, which is exactly why you are not paying to build them. Want to own the whole thing? That is a custom build, and we do those too.
What if we leave?
Your data comes back to you: call and message history, transcripts, the content and knowledge you gave us, and documentation of how it was set up, in usable formats. The platform itself stays with DJC, the same as any subscription software. If owning the system outright matters more to you than the monthly price, we will say so upfront and build it in your own environment instead.
We already have an IT provider.
Fine. Managed AI connects to your environment through standard integrations; there is nothing heavy to install in your tenancy and nothing your provider has to manage.

It covers consulting, deployment, integration, hosting in Australia, AI processing within fair-use, and ongoing support and maintenance. There is no build fee and no infrastructure to buy. We state the number before you sign, and it does not move mid-term.
How quickly can it be live?
Weeks, not months. The building blocks already exist and already run in DJC's Australian Azure environment, so the work is connecting them to your phones, inbox, systems and data and tuning them to your business.
Where is our data processed?
In Australia. Managed AI runs in Microsoft Azure onshore, in an environment DJC operates and holds ISO 27001 certification for, with each client isolated. For healthcare and professional services businesses, sovereignty is usually the first question, and our answer is the right one.
Do we still need Microsoft Copilot?
Maybe, for some roles. Anybody can sell you a Copilot licence; the honest work is the maths on which seats it pays for. Managed AI is different: it is AI doing defined jobs in your operation, not an assistant in one person's browser. Many clients run both.
What if we need something the platform does not have?
